So. I've been in a kind of writing mood lately. BUT. I don't know what to write about. Any ideas?

Even though I don't have many watchers, I still like to try and spread a couple of my favorite artists around and get them some more watchers

Anyway. This time around, the artist I'm featuring will be !

I've been watching her for a while now and most of the art that she uploads is centralized around a comic that she is writing called Skytown. It's really interesting, and you should take your time to check out her gallery!

Her most favorited piece is "Too Cute to Take Seriously", which is a funny little comic about the movie Rise of the Guardians!


Her first drawing (though it's difficult to tell, since she has several different folders in her gallery) is "Betty", a pencil drawing of a parrot.


Her most recent art piece is "Sedmerys", which is a collage of several drawings of some of her OCs.


My personal favorite of her gallery is "Martin Son of Luke the Warrior", because the atmosphere and lighting are incredible, the details make it feel like you're standing in the rain yourself, and frankly, I'm too much of a Redwall nut for my own good. ^^'

Anyways, and I did a kinda-collab the other day! :3 She was writing a short story called Ocean, and she didn't know what to do for the ending, and so I gave her an idea and then we both wrote an ending for it, and then I kinda tweaked the story to fit my ending a little better. They're virtually the same aside from a few words her and there, and the endings. She uploaded them on her account, so you should definitely check them out! ^^

We're thinking about doing a REAL collab now, so you can probably expect that sometime (maybe not soon) in the future.

Haven't written one of these in a while, have I? Oh well, not many people read them anyways. I just like to get my thoughts out sometimes.

I don't know why, but I'm having such a difficult time right now, even though my life isn't that difficult compared to many others. It feels like everyone's goal right now is to piss me off in some way. I have next to zero self-confidence, any drawing I've tried to do recently has turned into crap, and I just wish I could do something I could be proud of. Anyway, probably won't upload or write another journal for a while. 'til then, I suppose.

Oh, yeah. And I finally have all of the credits to become a Thespian. Yay.

This has been a very stressful week, for multiple reasons, not all of which I will bother to list here.

So. I made the girl's JV soccer team at my school. And I am SO exhausted! We've had practice pretty much every day of the week, and our first game is November 1st (next Thursday) so my coach is pushing us to the limit at each practice. Yesterday she made us run five times around the field, so you can probably understand why I'm so tired, unless you live under a rock in some cold, dark cave on the edge of an equally cold, dark ocean.

School's going pretty good, I guess. There's been a bit of stress from my stupid math class, though. In 8th grade, I took Algebra 1 and 2 at a high school level, but then I moved, so my school didn't get my transcript until a little while ago. I had to move classes to Geometry, but since all of the classes are full, I have to take it online. Bleh. It's too complicated! D:< Nah, it's really not that bad. But I still don't like it.

My play went pretty well. But there were some technical difficulties with the lighting and one of the sets that the audience laughed at (T_T). I didn't forget any of my lines onstage though, like I thought I would! So now I'm at 6/10 credits, only 4 more credits to go before I've officially achieved Thespian-ness! xD YAY!
